Analog Cafe in Subang Jaya is known for its tasty food and high-quality coffee. Despite its popularity, it has maintained a low-key vibe that has made it a favorite spot for many. Afiq, the owner, initially wanted to keep the cafe’s great coffee and homemade menu items under wraps, but now the secret is out and everyone can enjoy their offerings.

Analog cafe sets itself apart by blending in with its surroundings. The owner, Afiq, chose not to promote Analog as having the best coffee in the area or emphasize that all the food is made from scratch, including the pasta and burger buns. In deference to Afiq’s dedication to perfecting his craft, we held off on publishing our review for two years.
The cafe has a unique concept that is hard to describe. You need to experience it for yourself to truly understand. It is a gathering place for communities to socialize, relax, play games, catch up with friends, enjoy high-quality coffee, and savor tasty, uncomplicated meals.
The Juicy Luicy Burger is our top choice. It features brioche buns made in-house, holding together a double beef patty that is incredibly juicy. The patty is topped with melted cheese, caramelised onions, and a sprinkle of wild rocket for a burst of delicious flavors.
Their chicken pesto pasta is a popular choice at the restaurant. Afiq prefers to use local ingredients, such as bayam (local spinach), in his pesto sauce to give it a unique and more familiar taste. The pasta is cooked perfectly, with a slightly firm texture that is different from dried pasta. This freshness is evident, as the pasta is made just a few hours before being served, unlike what most people are used to.
Indulge in a messy delight with Sloppy Joes! AnalogKL takes this classic sandwich to the next level by using freshly made sourdough buns, filled with their homemade ground beef and tomato sauce, topped with melted cheese. Served with potato crisps. When asked about the brand, the response was “Hey, we make it ourselves, bro.”
People who are passionate about coffee and traditional methods are known as analog folks. Afiq and his group are highly regarded members in the coffee industry because of the high quality of their coffee. We personally enjoy their standard latte, but if you prefer something cold, they also offer a refreshing cold brew. Whether you like your coffee black or with milk, you can choose between the two options, both served in a glass with a large ice ball.
The reason it’s named Analog is because Afiq enjoys the warm and smooth sounds of analog music, which matches the chill atmosphere of his cafe where old vinyl records are played. If you’re not sure what an LP is, you can search it online or ask one of Afiq’s baristas. Take care!
